Queeble provides a WhatsApp Business Platform that enables businesses to manage customer communications, automate responses, and integrate with third-party services. Our services include but are not limited to messaging automation, AI-powered chatbots, analytics, and CRM integrations.
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages that violate anti-spam laws • Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service or Business Messaging Policy • Use our services for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services • Upload malicious code or content • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
Our services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.
You acknowledge that our services integrate with WhatsApp and you agree to comply with all applicable WhatsApp policies, including the WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy. Violation of WhatsApp's policies may result in suspension or termination of your account.
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Queeble and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our services without our written consent.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data and grant us a license to use it only as necessary to provide our services. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
Our services may integrate with third-party applications. We are not responsible for the functionality, privacy practices, or terms of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Queeble shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Queeble, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our services. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
