This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every account, user, team member, and integration using Queeble services across WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, web chat, and connected commerce workflows.
You may use Queeble to run lawful customer conversations, support operations, commerce workflows, campaign messaging, and automation for your own business or authorized clients.
You must not use Queeble to: • Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or deceptive communications • Promote illegal products, services, or fraudulent schemes • Harass, threaten, or abuse individuals or groups • Collect, store, or process customer data without an appropriate legal basis • Attempt to bypass tenant isolation, authentication, or access controls • Upload malicious code, run denial-of-service activity, or probe for vulnerabilities • Impersonate another person, business, or authority
You are responsible for obtaining consent where required, honoring opt-outs, and following channel rules for template use and customer messaging windows. Marketing campaigns must target recipients with valid consent status.
When using integrations such as Meta platforms, Shopify, payment gateways, and AI providers, you must follow each provider's applicable terms and policies in addition to Queeble agreements.
You must maintain reasonable account security, including strong credentials, role-based access, and prompt incident reporting. Sharing credentials across unauthorized users is not permitted.
If we detect policy abuse, we may restrict features, pause campaigns, suspend integrations, or terminate access depending on severity and repeat behavior. We may also preserve records to meet legal and security obligations.
