Queeble uses trusted subprocessors to deliver hosting, messaging, AI, commerce, payment, and security capabilities. This list reflects core providers used in current product operations.

Application hosting, managed databases, secrets, and infrastructure operations.
Microsoft Azure
Hosts Queeble's self-hosted AI observability store (Langfuse) in the Central India region. It receives diagnostic traces of AI-assisted conversations: request timings, model and token usage, tenant identifiers, and log lines that pass through personal-data redaction. Trace data is deleted automatically within 30 days.
Cloudflare
DNS, edge routing and proxy services in front of the application, and R2 object storage for files merchants upload, such as product images, logos and chat attachments.
Meta (WhatsApp)
Message delivery and channel APIs when merchants connect WhatsApp.
OpenAI
AI processing for configured assistant features and response generation.
Google Gemini
Fallback and specialized AI processing when enabled by routing logic.
Anthropic
Fallback AI processing when enabled by routing logic.
Shopify
Order, product, and checkout synchronization for connected stores. Shopify also takes payment at its own checkout and bills merchants for Queeble subscriptions.
PayPal
Payment processing when a merchant connects PayPal to take payments from their own customers. The merchant's own PayPal account is used.
Resend
Transactional email delivery, including account verification and one-time passcodes.
Sentry
Error monitoring and diagnostics for application reliability.
Operational Notes
•Subprocessors are engaged only for legitimate service delivery, security, support, and compliance purposes.
•Data access is scoped to operational need and protected by contractual and technical safeguards.
•We review subprocessor usage periodically and update this page when material changes are made.
•Merchants remain responsible for lawful configuration and use of third-party integrations they enable.
